Bringing order to chaos
A previous project I was asked to help reduce the time spent on the process of organizing and updating data in order to accurately send the data out.
The file that I was given had everything except order. Everything was manually updated and then copied and pasted to a different file to be reorganized to be received by the end user.
It was my mission to take as many hours of their life that they spend doing this process and give it back to them allowing them to work on more fulfilling projects or not work fifty to sixty hour weeks.
Through reorganization, restructuring of data, and automation, this process was reduced by about 87 - 93 percent.
With this cleaned data, we are also able to report out numbers and maintain an internal audit. This ensures that errors are found and quickly corrected and management can track towards their goals.
